Our non-profit civil association and day-care center for children of single parents began in 2001.
Supervised by professional educators, today Niños del Capitán has 65 children age one to five in our Mesa Colorada center. Built on donated land and funded by public donations, our facilities include a day-care center and clinic.
Niños del Capitán's objective is to day-care 120 children, providing breakfast and lunch, and medical, dental and psychological care with respect and love. These are children who, through no fault of their own, live in extreme circumstances of poverty.
